【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecommunicationofpartoralloftheelectronichealthrecord(EHR)ofasingleidentifiedsubjectofcarebetweenEHRsystems,orbetweenEHRsystemsandacentralisedEHRdatarepository.ItmayalsobeusedforEHRcommunicationbetweenanEHRsystemorrepositoryandclinicalapplicationsormiddlewarecomponents(suchasdecisionsupportcomponents)thatneedtoaccessorprovideEHRdata.ThisEuropeanStandardwillpredominantlybeusedtosupportthedirectcaregiventoidentifiableindividuals,ortosupportpopulationmonitoringsystemssuchasdiseaseregistriesandpublichealthsurveillance.Usesofhealthrecordsforotherpurposessuchasteaching,clinicalaudit,administrationandreporting,servicemanagement,researchandepidemiology,whichoftenrequireanonymisationoraggregationofindividualrecords,arenotthefocusofthisEuropeanStandardbutsuchsecondaryusesmightalsofindthestandarduseful.ThisPart1ofthemultipartseriesisanInformationViewpointspecificationasdefinedbutheOpenDistributedProcessing-Referencemodel:Overview(ISO/IEC10746-1).ThisEuropeanStandardisnotintendedtospecifytheinternalarchitectureordatabasedesignofEHRsystems.
