【摘要】:ThepurposeofthispartofIEC62257istospecifythegeneralrequirementsfortheselection,sizing,erectionandoperationofgeneratorsetsindecentralizedruralelectrificationsystems.Itappliestoalllowvoltagecombustionengineelectricitygeneratorsetswitharatedpowerupto100kVA,anddesignedforsupplyingelectricalpowertoisolatedsitesusedinsystemsasdescribedinIEC/TS62257-2.Thistechnicalspecificationisnotanexhaustiveresourceforthedesign,installation,operationormaintenanceofgeneratorsetsbutismorefocusedonrecommendationstoprovidestrategiesonselectionandcriteriawhichmayaffecttheuseofsuchgenerationsystemsinaruralelectrificationproject.TwocaseswillbeconsideredasillustratedbyFigure1topoweracollectiveelectrificationsystem(microgrid)oranindividualelectrificationsystem.?themicropowersystemiscomposedofonegeneratorset?themicropowersystemisahybridoneandthegeneratorsetisonlypartofit.Thiscaseisaddressedinthedocumentdedicatedtomicropowersystem(IEC/TS62257-9-1).Theaimofthistechnicalspecificationistoprovideuserswiththeappropriatelevelsofreliabilityandsafetyoftheequipmentduringitsestimatedservicelifespan.Itdescribestheminimumsafetyrequirementsanddoesnotclaimtobeanexhaustiveinstructionmanualordesignspecification.Compliancewiththistechnicalspecificationdoesnotexemptanyperson,organizationorcorporationfromtheresponsibilitytocomplywithallotherrelevantregulations.Thistechnicalspecificationgivesrecommendationsforthefollowingtypesofgeneratorsets:a)singlephase;b)threephase;c)LVrangeupto500V-50/60Hz(seeIEC/TS62257-9-2).
