【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheweldingofcarbon,carbonmanganeseandlowalloysteelpipelineswithspecifiedminimumyieldstrengthsnotexceeding555N/mm2(gradeL555asspecifiedinISO3183:2007andBSEN10208-2:1997)anddesignedinaccordancewithPD8010-1andPD8010-2.Thestandardappliestopipesofoutsidediameter21.0mmandlargerhavingathicknessof3.0mmorgreaterandisapplicabletotransmissionpipelinesforgases,liquidsorslurries,bothonlandandoffshore.Inadditiontothedefinitiverequirements,thisstandardalsorequirestheitemsdetailedinClause4tobedocumented.Forcompliancewiththisstandard,boththedefinitiverequirementsandthedocumenteditemshavetobesatisfied.InformationonhyperbaricweldingisgiveninAnnexAandinformationonbrazingandaluminothermicweldingofanodebondingleadsisgiveninAnnexB.AdditionalrecommendationsfortheweldingofcorrosionresistantalloycladandlinedpipelinesaregiveninAnnexG.
