【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesproceduresandtechnicalrequirementsforthedevelopmentofprogrammableelectronicsystemsforuseinrailwaycontrolandprotectionapplications.Itisaimedatuseinanyareawheretherearesafetyimplications.Thesemayrangefromtheverycritical,suchassafetysignallingtothenon-critical,suchasmanagementinformationsystems.Thesesystemsmaybeimplementedusingdedicatedmicroprocessors,programmablelogiccontrollers,multiprocessordistributedsystems,largerscalecentralprocessorsystemsorotherarchitectures.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicableexclusivelytosoftwareandtheinteractionbetweensoftwareandthesystemofwhichitispart.1.3Softwaresafetyintegritylevelsabove0areforuseinsystemsinwhichtheconsequencesoffailurecouldincludelossoflife.Economicorenvironmentalconsiderations,however,mayalsojustifytheuseofhighersoftwaresafetyintegritylevels.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoallsoftwareusedindevelopmentandimplementationofrailwaycontrolandprotectionsystemsincluding:–applicationprogramming;–operatingsystems;–supporttools;–firmware.Applicationprogrammingcompriseshighlevelprogramming,lowlevelprogrammingandspecialpurposeprogramming(forexample:ProgrammableLogicControllerladderlogic).1.5Theuseofstandard,commerciallyavailablesoftwareandtoolsisalsoaddressedinthisEuropeanStandard.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardalsoaddressestherequirementsforsystemsconfiguredbyapplicationdata.1.7ThisEuropeanStandardisnotintendedtoaddresscommercialissues.Theseshouldbeaddressedasanessentialpartofanycontractualagreement.AlltheclausesofthisEuropeanStandardwillneedcarefulconsiderationinanycommercialsituation.1.8ThisEuropeanStandardisnotintendedtoberetrospective.Itthereforeappliesprimarilytonewdevelopmentsandonlyappliesinitsentiretytoexistingsystemsifthesearesubjectedtomajormodifications.Forminorchanges,onlyclause16applies.
