【摘要】:Thistestmethodisdesignedtoproduceinplaneshearpropertydataformaterialspecifications,researchanddevelopment,qualityassurance,andstructuraldesignandanalysis.Factorsthatinfluencetheinplaneshearresponseandshouldthereforebereportedarematerial,methodofmaterialpreparation,specimenpreparation,specimenconditioning,environmentoftesting,specimenalignmentandgripping,speedoftesting,voidcontent,andfibervolumefraction.Properties,inthetestdirection,thatmaybeobtainedfromthistestmethodareasfollows:5.1.1InplaneShearStrength,x03C4;12u,5.1.2InplaneShearStrainatFailure,x03B3;12u,and5.1.3InplaneShearModulus,G12.1.1Thistestmethoddeterminestheinplaneshearpropertiesofwoundpolymermatrixcompositesreinforcedbyhigh-moduluscontinuousfibers.Itdescribestestingofhoopwound(90176)cylindersintorsionfordeterminationofinplaneshearproperties.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetexttheinch-poundunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththetestmethod.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
