【摘要】:Thetestingofhydrauliccementisanimportantelementinobtainingqualityconstruction.Atestinglaboratorymustbeselectedwithcare.Atestinglaboratoryshallbedeemedqualifiedtoperformandreporttheresultsofitstestsifthelaboratorymeetstherequirementsofthispractice.Thispracticeprovidesguidanceforevaluatingtheorganization,personnel,facilities,andqualitysystemsofthelaboratory.Thispracticemaybesupplementedbycriteriaandrequirementsforparticularprojects.1.1ThispracticecoversthetechnicaltrainingandexperienceoflaboratorytestingpersonnelandidentifiestheminimumtechnicalrequirementsforlaboratoryequipmentusedintestingofhydrauliccementasprescribedbyASTM.1.2Thispracticeprovidesminimumcriteriaforevaluatingthecapabilityofalaboratorytoperformchemicalorphysicaltestslistedinthevariousspecificationsonhydrauliccement(seeNote1).Noe1-RelevanthydrauliccementspecificationsareSpecificationsC91,C150,C595,C845,andPerformanceSpecificationC1157.1.3TheSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoelectronicequipmentwhichcontrolselectricalheating.InthisEuropeanStandard,equipmentsaretestedtoverifyconformitywithtechnicalcharacteristicsofthematerialsgivenbythemanufacturer.NOTE1Itdescribesoptimalstart-stopheatingfunctions.Itdoesnotincludecontrolsforstoragefunctionsandcontrolsforlowestenergycostbycontrollingthechargingoftheheatingsystem.TheparticularequipmenttowhichthisEuropeanStandardappliescoversboth:?stand-alonestartoptimisersorstart-stopoptimisers,takingprioritytothemaincontrollerduringperiods;?controllerswhichcontainanintegratedoptimumstartoranoptimumstart-stopcontrolfunction;?Electricalequipmentwhichincludesthisfunction,mayincludesother.NOTE2Electricalheatingsystemsabletobecontrolledbythesedevices(e.g.:directheating,mixedheatingsystemsincludingbaseandsupplement,typeofemitters,typeofstorageheatingsystems,floorheating…)areindicatedinthetechnicaldocumentsofthemanufacturer.Instructionstoadapttheparametersofdevicestothesystemstowhichtheyapplyareindicatedinthesedocuments.Theoptimumstart-stopfunctioncanbeintegratedwithinamaincontroldevicesuchasanoutsidetemperaturecompensated(OTC)controller.InthiscasethecontrollerwouldbeexpectedtomeetbothEN12098-3andthisdocument.Itappliesbothtoadaptiveandfixedparameterscontrolfunctionsandsetsminimumacceptablestandardsforfunctions,performanceanddocumentation.Additionalfunctions,e.g.:-adaptivefunctions,-tariffcompensatedfunction,forcostoptimisationapplicableformorecomplextariffs,includingmorethantwolevels,-functiontakingaccountothermeasuresandotherparametersintroducedsupplementaryparametersshouldbeabletobetheobjectofrequirementsandtestmethodascomplementtothisEuropeanStandard.SafetysystemsandheatingcontrolsystemsremainunaffectedbythisEuropeanStandard.TheactuatorsarenotcoveredinthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverheatemitters.Thiscontrolequipmentcanbeconnectedtoadatanetwork.Inputandoutputsignalcanbeprocessedbyanalogueordigitaltechniques.
